Planning

Plans, schedules, and routines are keys to success at home. Many stay-at-home moms might feel as I once did — that there is not enough variety in the day to require written plans. But even without many appointments or activity out of the house, writing down goals for the day, to-do lists, schedules, and routines gives structure to our days.

Our work is important. By scheduling our tasks to some degree, we give weight to them, even in our own eyes. When we feel we are doing important work, checking off to-do lists, we are more motivated to complete it. It all works in our favor, this way.

My first series on planning regards the Bullet Journal system. I will add post links here as they are published.
